Using the Service
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the listings and information you post, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to post content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful.
Your content
You retain ownership of the listings, text, and photos you post. By posting them, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content as part of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload.
Listings and sales
YardsaleList is a listing platform. We do not host, run, or guarantee any sale, and we are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. You are solely responsible for your own sales, items, pricing, and in-person interactions.
Paid features
Some features may require payment, processed by Stripe. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or harms other users or the Service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YardsaleList is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from transactions arranged through it.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
